Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) air dryer packages are among the most widely applied solutions for compressed air drying in industrial environments. Based on a dual-tower desiccant system, PSA dryers operate by alternating pressure cycles to adsorb and release moisture, ensuring a continuous supply of dry air.

This technology is particularly well suited for small to medium flow rates and applications requiring stable and low dew points. When properly engineered and controlled, PSA systems can achieve very low moisture levels, making them ideal for critical processes where air quality is essential. HADETEC PSA air dryer packages are delivered as fully integrated units, combining desiccant vessels, switching valves, filtration, and advanced control systems. Systems are equipped with PLC-based control for reliable operation and optimized regeneration cycles.

A typical PSA Type Air Dryer Package includes

  • Pre-filtration / coalescing filter
  • Twin tower adsorber beds with molecular sieve or activated alumina
  • After filtration / particle filter
  • Interconnecting piping with automatic switch valves & relief valves
  • Field instruments including pressure, temperature, and flow measurement
  • Dewpoint analyzer for continuous dewpoint monitoring
  • Local control panel with indication, control & HMI interface compatible with plant DCS
