HADETEC Instrument Air Packages combine fully integrated air compressors with tailor-made air treatment and drying systems to deliver clean, dry and reliable instrument air for critical process applications. These skid-mounted packages are designed as complete "plug & play" systems, simplifying installation and ensuring consistent instrument air quality in demanding industrial and offshore environments. Our instrument air packages typically include compressors, air dryers, filtration systems, and air receivers, with optional integration of nitrogen generation systems where required. Pressure Vessels are made in-house in accordance with ASME VIII DIV.1 and U STAMP or PED, and others. Designed in accordance with applicable international standards, HADETEC solutions are suitable for operation in harsh conditions, including extreme temperatures, dusty environments, and hazardous areas. Flexible design configurations include skid-mounted units with integrated baseframes and certified lifting points for easy transport and installation, as well as containerized solutions. Containerized packages can be equipped with features such as HVAC systems or winterization to ensure optimal operation in both hot and cold climates. Integrated Air Treatment & Drying

HADETEC instrument air packages are supplied as complete systems with integrated air treatment to ensure consistent air quality:

• High-performance aftercoolers and cooling systems
• Multi-stage filtration, including pre-filters/coalescing and after-filters/particle
• Activated carbon adsorption filters for removal of oil vapor
• Heatless or heated desiccant dryers for low dew points up to -70 °C
• Moisture separators and automatic condensate drain systems
• Optional nitrogen generation systems (if required)
• Oil-free air design (ISO 8573-1 Class 0) in combination with HADETEC’s filter & dryer package
